Overview
We are a dynamic specialist digital marketing consultancy seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our team in delivering outstanding results across social media and digital marketing for our clients.
This entry-level role is designed for someone who wants to develop their skills and grow within our agency. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for digital marketing will open opportunities for growth into a Social Media Manager or broader digital marketing role over time. We value team members who take initiative, contribute creative ideas, and are keen to learn and refine their skills continuously.
Youβll work closely with our Social Media Managers & Seniors, assisting with community engagement, content scheduling, reporting, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across client social media platforms.
Proactively engage with followers, fostering brand relationships and increasing audience loyalty.
Organise and maintain content calendars, ensuring alignment with client strategies and deliverables.
Assist with content creation when required, including basic copywriting, sourcing images, and ideas.
Support photo and video shoots as needed, helping organise assets for social media use.
Schedule and publish content across client social media channels.
Allocate ad budget to high-performing organic content, and monitor results.
Assist in day-to-day client communication, ensuring tasks and requests are managed effectively.
Keep track of client deliverables, approvals, and feedback, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Gather key social media performance data for client reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Track engagement trends and provide recommendations for content optimisation.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (internship or work experience preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media scheduling tools is a bonus.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well both individually and in a team.
